ARDENNER is a cheese emblematic of the Ardennes roots and identity of the Fromagerie Biologique de Vielsalm. Its taste stems from deem in the heart of the region and natural local flavours. Ripened over several weeks for the young version, and several months for old and semi-old versions, it is the ideal accompaniment for aperitifs and sandwiches.
It also comes in delicious varieties with herbs (basil) and spices (ginger and green pepper).
