Produced to commemorate the bicentennial of the battle of Waterloo by the Fromagerie Biologique de Vielsalm, this round cheese with holes has an imperial hazelnut flavour and draws its flavour from a time-honoured recipe from the Vielsalm region. WATERLOO 1815 can be enjoyed in different ways: grated, to enhance your gratins, pasta or onion soups, in aperitif cubes or slices; it is also suited for cordon bleus.
